Mark Archer - Managing Director Projects Division

Mark has worked in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning industry since 1982 and is a Member of the Institute of Refrigeration.

He has vast experience in commercial applications previously working for Dean & Wood, one of the UK’s leading wholesalers, where he headed the application and design team. He has now gone back to basics where he is thoroughly enjoying himself in the field of design, installation and service.

Geoff started his career in the industry in 1970 progressing from a junior service engineer dealing with mainly packaged commercial equipment to holding a senior position within an organization dealing with the small retail outlet through to the countries leading supermarket group.

Nothing rattles Geoff, he always has a smile on his face and can turn his hand to almost anything from building work through to plumbing and electrical work.

Mike has worked in refrigeration and the catering industry for over 40 years. An experienced engineer Mike heads up the Maintenance Division.

Peter first took an interest in refrigeration when during school holidays he accompanied an uncle, who worked in the industry as an engineer. These day long trips introduced Peter to the installation and repair of all sorts of equipment at a young age.

Since that time his passion for the industry hasn't wavered. He has covered all aspects of the commercial sector including service, installation, design, applications, sales and business development. Recently a Chairman of the Federation of Small Business in East Sussex he has had first hand experience of promoting small businesses in the current competitive market.
